What to do with TT's planned obsolescence?

Sun Aug 27, 2017 5:42 pm

Hello. I updated my Go 530 for the last time a few months ago before getting the dreaded mail that says it will be unable to get further updates.

I have left it in the car, so I don't know which Navcore version it has. I've been installing every Europe map in the SD card and right now I'm dowloading the 995.

Will it accept the 995 map? Should I let TT Home run and update itself as well as the Navcore, or is it better just to calibrate the satellites using FastActivate and forget about the rest of options?

Thanks.

Using the TomTom on the computer (useful when the device hangs on the previous config file) or getting the random updates from the userbase.

Thanks

The official navcore for a Go 530 is NC 9.510 so if it's not already at that level you can download it from [Please Register or Login to download file]

As for the GPSFix...you can update it yourself with this tool:
