first of all sorry if i posted wrog.
can any body help me?...i folowed the how to build an sd from scrach thread at the and when the end when i put the sd in my car,it said that can't use this map on this device...after some searching i find out that i need a meta.dct file on my sd that i don't have...with the help of easyusetools i can create that missing file but when i runn it at some ponit it ask's me for the device code,that i don't have....can u help me???

I assume you are still playing with your Carminat?
If I strongly recommend that you read the tutorials, instructions inside the map thread and maybe even the dedicated instructions I provided in the Carminat thread....

yes i'm still "playing" with my carminat,fore allmost a week now...and i don't find anything relevant here that could help me

it is a problem of activating my map central and eastern europe 895.4447...but i don't fiind anything relevant for my problem..
from other threads with this issue,thy solved with that meta.dct file that i'm unabel to create it

..still can't solve this proble...anybody?

Instructions on patching/aktivating Carminat is available in the forum as I mentioned earlier.
If you still chew on the same problem I can't understand the need for a new thread.
To activate a map you need 4 things:
1. ttgo.bif
2. a complete map
3. a corresponding meta code for the map
4. FastActivate

Since using FA is easy and straight forward you might start by checking on the person in front of the screen ;)

Please read the download instructions in the 895 map thread post 1 or the 895 map collections thread post 2, then scroll down to the Central & Eastern Europe map links & read the note included there.

BTW, you have full EDIT rights to your posts. It makes our job a bit easier, if you will edit rather than multi-post as you have done above.
