I have a sd card in my GO750Live but internal was the original 850 map
I patch the navcore and it works with Benelux map but there is not enough space for the 1105-11760 Western_Europe map which is 3,8Gb
I prefer Europe 1105-11760 but that map is over 4GB and with the NC I have around 3,78Gb free
I replace the NC for the NC9.541 but still not enough space
What is your advice ?

Reason is I want to have an internal backup incase the sd get damage or lost or what else

I recommend not using the internal drive at all.

Put an SD card (Min 8GB) into the device and install NC 9.541 onto the card and whatever maps you want onto it as well. Your Go 750 will then default to running from the SD card and you never need to touch the internal drive again. Make a backup through Windows Explorer of both drives and you will be covered in case of emergency.

This is how I have always run my own Go 940 and never had a problem with space or anything else.

Thanks fredderf like I wrote I always run the 750 with an sd card but last trip in Scandinavia my sd card was the problem so I had to drive with the old 850 map until I was able to buy a new sd card but driving with such an old map is not funny so therefor I prefer to install the latest map on the internal drive just incase it happen again.

Use Western_Europe 1105-11751 (2.7GB)

Oh, I see what you mean...

How about just buying a new 8 or 16GB MicroSD card, copying (just) any activated Map folder(s) you may need on your travels onto it & tuck it away in your wallet or glove-box. Your Device only can run all the the software/navcore/voices etc from internal & the map externally

I installed Western_Europe 1GB 1105-11816 because it is just incase the sd does not work anymore while I am on the road
Why the 11816 ?
Because two of our friends have the 750 and one have the 740 and they all want a backup on the device like me but they all have 2GB internal space so now I have to download just one map for all.

Another way of saving some space it to delete all voices you don't need, speedcams for countries you're not intending to drive in and all/any POi's you're not interested in.

I don´t think that will help because voice map contain 1 voice and poi map is empty
NC is 41Mb so free space is 1.96GB and 117xx EU or Western EU maps are bigger.
Therefor I think this 11816 map is the best solution as an internal backup.
