TIME OUT!!!
For what every reason, you are screwing around with the internal, external & a SD card all at the same time. No wonder you are having problems!!
1. Erase the SD card, but do not format it.
2. Copy the 950 map folder to the SD card. Delete ALL .DCT files in the 950 map folder.
3. Unzip the 9.702 cab & put all of the files & folders on the card.
4. Put FastActivate.exe on the card.
5. Put a copy of the "new" GO 730's ttgo.bif file on the card.
6. Run FastActivate.exe options 1,2 & 3.
7. Do neither more than nor less than steps 1 thru 6.
8. Put the SD card in the 730 & boot it.
