Wince 5

Postby dave1946 » Sun May 06, 2012 10:11 pm

Up to now I have been using Igo, but I wish to try TomTom. My unit runs Wince 5 with a resolution of 480x234.
With Igo it's pretty clear which cores are suitable for the various resolutions, but I can't figure it out with TomTom!
Can you tell me please if the back up file above is right for my unit, or how one can check the various TomTom cores for the resolutions they support?
Any help would be much appriciated.

You have a Windows CE device so you need Tomtom Navigator...

Tomtom Navigator can be very picky about what it runs on, you may find it crashes continually making it unusable.

IMHO it would be best to stick to IGO, I'm TT a person but I hate TT on CE device - hard to get going, no features and when you need it most you get a blank screen or error.
