TT XL (XL4ET03) 'wil u rekenaar koppel' message [Solved]

Hi all,

today I connected my TT XL to my laptop to update mapshares with TThome. I received the message 'wil u rekenaar koppel' on the screen of my TT. The buttons 'YES' and 'NO' don't work. When I restarted my device, the TT asked to change the language and when I touched the screen I was prompted to change it into African. The screen does not respond, in fact I can't do anything. Even after a reset, I have the same message all over again. I reinstalled NC 9.510 and map (945.9174 europe west) but nothing changes.
What's wrong with my device ? I used it all day without any issues.

Can you get to TT Home, Operate My Device, Change Preferences, Reset factory settings??

Hi tendriver,

haven't tried it yet. I reinstalled original content (NC+maps) and now my TT works fine again.
I will now reinstall NC9.510 + maps and check what it does. If I have the same issue, I will try to do a factory reset using TThome.

Reinstalled NC9.510 +945 map and TT works fine again (after updating mapshares). Strange ?
