XXl 550

HI all, I have spent the last couple hours looking through the threads and tutorials to figure out what I'm supposed to do but still have no idea.

I have a XXL 550 purchased is 2010 and was supposed to have free map updates for life but apparently Tomtom.com has lost my activation associated with my account. It worked for over a year but now I don't get anything, which leads me here to see how I can update the software/maps on my device.

Simply follow the instructions in the 900 map thread...

Free map updates for life are included with the M or TM models only.

To add a bit to Downunder's post, the current navcore for your unit is 9.465.

Map: North_America_2GB_900_4613 [1404MB], which covers US & Can.
