This is only for iPhone 3G, and 3GS with 3.x. It’s fully tested and 100% working.
Download Instructions:
Place files in folder, extract last part, all will extract. Extract using WinZip 3.90 or WinRar. Do not use 7Zip or you will get CRC error.

Since it's not directly spelled out in this post, is it required to have your iPhone jailbroken in order to install this?

Yes, It is required to have a jail broken phone to install this.
