Do you have other navigation software working in your iphone.
If you can install the software - means it will work.
Could be a hardware problem in your case if it doesn't.

i got install tom tom but also can't use. it's related to installation of jailbreak caused it wont function?

That will be a problem for you. Could be some failure in between.
Have to reset and reinstall main software via iTunes again
Then jailbreak again.
Use redsnow - more stable to jailbreak

Remove everything in your iphone using factory reset.
Connect to iTunes and restore.
Stay on your present vision OS if you do not wish to upgrade.
Have your present firmware stored somewhere.
Press " shift " when click restore - redirect to the firmware location.
Itunes will do all the rest.
You will have a clean jail iphone after that.
Then proceed to jailbreak again.
