You need a jailbroken Iphone / Ipad in the first place.

1. Download Ifunbox - free software to explore your jailbroken IDevices.
2. Download the final release map from malfreemaps.com - Latest version is 20111104
3. Extract the maps file. You'll need to renamed a few files..
4. Then copy map folder to your Idevices using Ifunbox.

Done..
