hello peacher..
i downloaded your Sygic Southeast Asia ver 8.2.4 [[url]http://www.navitotal.com/forums/noref.php?url=http://www.multiupload.com/UHQN8UB2KS][/url]..
after extraxt the rar. i just found folder not *.ipa
how do i use that file ?
copy to my ipad or ???

Is your unit jailbroken.
If not it can't be used.
You open the file using winrar.
Then rename file using winrar (rar extension) to "ipa" and save it.
SSH into your device by winscp or ifile via network router whichever is available.
Use installous or mobile terminal to install.

sorry sir, i don't see any tutorial inside.
even i opened using winrar
only see folder payload
iTunesMetadata and
iTunesArtwork
how must i do with all that file?

In winrar. after you see the files.
Click the arrow above the name or just below "Add"
This will bring you bring back to all the file in the directory where the "sygic" rar file is stored.
From here - you will see the earlier file that you opened.
Right click and choose rename to change ext to ipa
