TomTom IPAD 1

Hi
I installed tomtom 1.16 on my ipad 1 and it works but there are old Turkey maps inside. I download new Europe1105 maps but I don't know how to activate them.
Can someone help me, thanks.
ps. if anyone has IGO navigation for ipad 1, please provide the link.
