No packages found, please contact the support team. (at least 1 package needs to have the option of 'On Upgrade Page' to 'Yes' with 'Package Type' of 'Paid')

Hello there, I tried to find answer for problem I have but I can't find it.
So I have Nuvi 56 LMT which has lifetime map updates, but as I can see it don't have speed camera/redlight camera update.
So I found it online xxx.gpi and I put it on internal memory Garmin\POI
The device recognize it and I can find it when I go to device about
I reads all the files.
But in my country I don't see any of the cameras on map.
File with name EasternEuropeCyclopsSample.GPI should contain Bosnia and Hercegovina I suppose
What to do?
