In the files that exist in the V/post 'Original Jun 16', data appears that I don't know which country it refers to! Is there any table that indicates which country they refer to to associate for example this one, 'SpainPortugalCyclopsSample.GPI' which I think is equal to this '006-D0759-00.gpi'... Thank you.

The Original files are there for those that have devices that "Unlocked" don't work on ,so they can use the tools to create an .unl file for their specific device.

Thank you very much for all your help and assistance in given me step by step instructions on how to do this. When you mention Cyclops data what exactly do I copy and where to on my SD card? I can see 2 files here. Original Jun 16.rar and unlocked Jun 16.rar. thank you very much

Is it also possible to load the cyclops speed cameras (at least for the UK)- do I create another folder on the SD card for that?

I had thought this Garmin was e-waste & was about to buy a new one- I got badly caught out in the Brecon Beacons a few months ago when my phones apps crashed and there was no internet to reconnect!! Thank you for your help in keeping tech running

Plug your nuvi 1490 into your PC and copy all the safety cameras .gpi files to your POI folder
