Put in the Garmin folder on the device, If you use Garmin Express it will update this for you and your software.
I answered your request for EU maps and moved the post to the correct thread.

Sorry to bring this up again, but it makes no difference if I put the file in the basic "Garmin" folder - still dioesn't show the uprated providers. Should it go in the GPX folder?

The TrafficProvider.xml is located in the hidden folder ".System". Don't forget to backup the original file (or rename it), if something goes wrong.

What device and what Traffic receiver are you using. Garmin Express should have updated the trafficprovider.xml for you which resides in the .system folder as ding666 said.

I've found the .system file... put it in. Unfortunately it seems to have made no difference as the only fm broadcaster it will look for is Trafficmaster, which doesn;t work any more. Still doesn't seem o fancy INRIX although it's in the file.

If INRIX is not in your subscriptions list it won't work.

Thanks. I'm wondering if there should be an amendment to the UK Great Britain part of the file. It's showing as your code buyt stuill doesn't work. I'll try Garmin. Thanks for all your help.

ugh inrix is such BS anyway, the only way I can get it to work (in the states) is by factory resetting the deck, initial boot has to be USB connected with the stupid kenwood app... Man, if I didn't love everything else, and wasn't certain i'd have android auto 99.9% of my travels... Can someone recommend a Garmin product that's worth it? This sucks lol
