Hebrew speed camera voice files for Primo were not availble, UNTIL TODAY.
The source for this folder was the IGO8 version files. I've eddited and changed what was needed, so it will work with Primo.
This audio folder was tested with 3 generations of Primo:
Primo 1.2 (9.2.1.179499) with [Please Register or Login to download file] skin.
Primo 2.0 (9.6.5.211211) with [Please Register or Login to download file] skin.
Primo 2.4 (9.6.13.267029) with diMka WA P 1.7.0 skin (skin is included in this Primo link). To download diMka P1.7.0, visit First-skins-for-Primo-2.4
SETUP:
In the Primo root folder, create a folder (if it does not exist) named "ui_igo9".
Download the Hebrew Speed Camera Audio Folder:

Un-rar the downloaded file, and move the folder "Audio" as is, to the "ui_igo9" folder created previously. Other [Please Register or Login to download file] ("US", "EN", "FR" etc.) can be added to this folder as well.
Please pay attention to the capital letters in the folder names.

- Copy the skin to /your device/content/skin
- In Primo main menu, select More -> Settings -> Display
(next action is upon your Primo version)

- Night Skin Theme -> dimMka WA P.1.3.8 Night
- Click on Restart

- In main menu, select More -> Settings -> Sound and Warnings -> arrow down ->
- Alert Point Settings -> Audio warning -> Ultra sound (IGO8) -> arrow down ->
- Voice language -> Hebrew(male) -> arrow down ->
- Voice Warning (second phrase) -> choose (tap) each camera (fix/redlight/mobile etc.) separately and set the Delay (Between the announcement of the camera type to the speed Limit announcement) to ~1.5 sec
you can test each camera alert - tap the green arrow, and change the delay as you like.
To check the all proccess, go out under the clear sky, get a full GPS signal (active satellites), create a rout that have cameras, and enjoy your new feature.
Important note:
You will enjoy the Hebrew voice alerts as long you are using the metric (Kilometers/meters) units. If you change to Miles/feet, the voice alerts will announce the camera type in Hebrew, and the speed Limit announcement (Miles per hour) in US English.
