Help - Italian Loquendo TTS v.6 files

Hi guys,
i'm having very big trouble finding online the TTS_LOQ folder and the DDLs for the italian language. I was only able to download the TTS Italian voices.
I have a Pioneer Avic F320BT, running Win CE5 and iGO 8.3.5
