Using TTS Voice Serena but its a bit too robot sounding for me

Looking for an English speaking voice (not yards) any suggestions?

Nuance voices (Serena) are thought to be superior to Loquendo voices, (Kate, I think) that's the only two female UK TTS voices there are, otherwise it'll be male TTS, non TTS or US TTS etc
