Thanks for the link. unfortunately I get a big orange/ red banner going / pastes over the link, can't be penetrated from my end. I've tried Waterfox and IE.

Am getting a warning that it's a deceptive site. I ignored it and it's a site in some foreign language ??? Has it been hijacked?

Hey people I figured out why the orange banner instead of the download page. It's all got to do with your ad blocker. Disable it and it will take you to the download page. From there you still gotta figure out what to click on as it is not in English. Even after that the browser still warns of a phishing site. I managed to download the RAR file and extract it.
