I don't think they are available yet as the naviextras site still has HERE 2020.Q4 for Australia and NZ

The 2021 maps are available. Naviextras website is showing out of date stuff.

I don't have them as cant afford subscription. The only time new maps be posted here if someone in Australia has a current subscription and is generous enough to share it.

the last time I actually paid for a subscription in 2019 the following day the free downloads appeared on this and other Nav sites.
I am willing to subscribe again but whenever I do so the site asks me to nominate a specific device.
I own 2 vehicles made in Europe with Blaupunkt Newyork 830 head units plus a campervan with a Xgody unit.
none of these are accepted by Navieixtras as suitable for Australian downloads.
I need a name of a device/head unit that qualifies for the latest Australian maps.
Then maybe I can re-register and download the maps for the approx $165 they ask for ( USD120)
once I have the 2021 Q2 maps I would be wiling to forward them to nyky.
help needed with a good device name.

Update
Just had to re-register with Naviextras and find that the toolbox now forces you to connect an SD card from the original device before it allows download of maps.
This is going to be difficult as all my devices do not have the original SD cards anymore.
original cards were 2GB now I run 8GB cards.
