You can always try to create a folder on your pc, and copy its contents then install a fresh SD Card in your gps device then transfer the copied content to the micro SD Card. Once completed, allow the device to load and run from the micro SD Card, Maybe that might help with the NavieExtras Toolbox

Maybe you could be kind enough to share the map on here . I had a paid subscription with them long time ago with a gps device that was recognised. Could no longer afford the subscription since otherwise I would have obtained a current version and shared on here with other members.
