Can't figure out the right version for igo 2.4 9.6.13

Postby Jakeyz » Sun Jul 12, 2015 10:49 am

So at first, i am new here so hello.

I've got a bit of a problem, i just got a radio (eonon g1311 wince: version 6.0) with no gps software on it. I downloaded Primo 2.4-9.6.13 and installed on a 2GB microsd and it works like a charm on my radio, but heres the thing. The map is just a basic map, only for testing and it did. Now i want to install a western europe map on it and i searched a lot here on the forum but can't figure out wich version i need with my software, and also, i got only 1.51GB left on the card, would that be enough, i also could run a BENELUX map since i live in the netherlands.

I hope you guys can help me out! Thank you bij advance :023:

So i just learned that android uses the same map extensions as wince, can anyone confirm this? For you guys it is maybe obvious but this is all new to me lol. If it's true i also can search for an android version as long as it got western europe maps.

Yes, the maps are the same.
Maps for Europe you can find easily in the IGO maps subforum : maps-buildings-dem-poi-f82/
A tip: the 'test' map you mention is the basemap.fbl? Keep it loaded. It gives better colors. With it the sea will be blue, without it it yellow, and more.

Thanks man, i kept the base map and managed to put a western europe map on it. Works like a charm now! :023:.

Awesome how you can put your own twist to a navigation software.
