problem: dead links, all the rar files given above seem to have been removed making the links old. So, where can I download instead?
And how can I use magnet links with free download manager?

Probably one map file is corrupted (happened to me one time). Start with one new map, check if iGO starts and then try all other maps one by one to find out which file is corrupted.
