You seem to be aware there is a torrent of 5.37GB in size.
I know it exists on at least 1 other forum, register there and get what you want. But know that the existing Q3 files are filled up with the older Q2 (and Q1?) files to have the complete set of all files for all countries.

Can anyone say which iGO Primo for Windows CE and Android support .jcw ?

No iGO program does. What is that?

I suspect by .jcw alex.lit means junction view. I have never seen any .jcw file nor it being mentioned. Maybe it's an abandoned development?
Primo uses .fjv for that.
.fjw is the vector form and may replace .fjv sometime on Next Generation. For the moment only Russia I believe.

True, but I don't use HERE maps (inaccurate compared to TomTom) nor do I use NextGeneration (don't like it)
Not so long ago, fjw were not found anywhere, that is why I gave that answer. I wasn't even aware fjw has become more common since.
However, does it work without the licenses? Did you try on Primo?
