French map is wrong and unusable.
Seems that internal datas are in inches per hour instead of kilometres per hour.
So normal roads which must be at 90 KM/h are noticed at 60km/h and are in fact in miles per hour.
Everything is unusable in France with this update!

Same trouble when entering in small villages, the speed limit change is wrong and effective later on the enter.
10 years that I work with NavteQ and Teleatlas, First time I see such internal mistake.
The NavteQ / Here map 2017 of France is good fortunately.
How to make this feedback to the Tomtom / Teleatlas maps editor, I do not know...
