I have d/l it by torrent

I did, but I can't seem to find a complete .torrent, they seem to be missing .FJW and .FTR files as well as having an older version of western/eastern green .hnr files

Not all is released (for free that is) at the same time. Don't ask me why.
BTW: fjw only works on Next Generation for now and these builds are not cracked yet (not that I know of)
For me get what you can when you can is the best advice. Later on the ftr will become available and at that time maybe what is offered at this moment will be gone.
Only yesterday, I had to look for a way around to reach the searobbers site since it was blocked again. Or why do you think links die quickly?

Ok, already downloaded the maps and updated my phone. Thanks for the advice and for taking the time to answer me.
