Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to apply this update?

I have bought a car which has a Zenec NC3811D and using the synctool I have followed the instructions and prepared a usb stick for map update.
Looking at the contents of the USB stick I can see in the License folder a file named ZENEC_NC620D_Primo1.1_FEU_TT@1112_TTS_ZE_NC3811D.lyc

I have also seen a file named Navigation with an icon which reads Igo in the root of the backup folder.

I hope I am therefore looking at the correct map update for this device.

What I have not found after searching through the forum is the methodology for updating my device.

Do I copy the files to the folder where the Naviextras Toolbox would download files and proceed as per their instructions or is there a modification I need to make or indeed a totally different method of update?
