MISSING FILE iGO PRIMO

Postby eliezers71 » Mon Sep 18, 2017 12:40 pm

Hi guys
I still have an on-going problem with iGO Primo NAV. I changed the display of the cockpit of alternating 2. I select it from the menu, it restarts and I get the following error message: "Failed to open file ui_igo9\800_480\ui\cockpit_2.css exiting application", and the navigator does not work anymore. I read all the replies from previous threat with the same problem, all I need to know is how to delete the save folder, do I delete it from my pc or from the navi unit itself?

You delete it from the navi unit. You can also rename it to save1.

I suppose that the Igo is on the SD card. So use a card reader and delete the map save or rename the map to save1. That is all.

This is how i fixed it.
get the SD card into a computer, then go to your sistem folder on the SD card...
Save\profiles\01
then look for system.ini, open in a notepad or similar application, and look for
[lua]
cockpit type= "1" (you should see "2" so replace for "1"
save and get the SD to the car again...should be working now.
