You either have to wait until someone obtains and uploads it or purchase it yourself (and then share it with others!). I've noticed that both the latest HERE and TomTom maps that folks have uploaded recently contain only the exact same 4 states. So that is all that is available right now.

If you want to purchase the updated maps, you need to use a genuine version of the app (not a cracked version) and use the NaviExtras app to make the purchase. I wish it were easier to purchase maps for iGo, but it isn't. :-)
