09 does mean Q3

It's just months of the year, so...

03 = Q1
06 = Q2
09 = Q3
12 = Q4

i have a question: I downloaded all of those TomTom maps. Im from Slovakia and the map of Slovakia from those maps .fbl file is 9.58 MB. The maps i have at the moment are Q1 2014 and the map of slovakia .fbl is 18.2 MB. Unfortunately im not sure which maps i have.. if they are navteq or teleatlaps maps. Can you tell me why is there so big difference in the size of those files? Thanks for help.

You can look in the about screen of iGO, that tells you what content is loaded and it's release date.

Also different compression is applied meaning file sizes can vary between releases.

Hello! POI`s for Romania are a disaster: no atm, no hotels, no monasteries, no restaurants, jus some petrol stations

TomTom maps are better for West Europe. For East countries use Navteq ( HERE ) or maps from local providers

Are you aware that map files and POi files are different files?
map have the extension .fbl
poi have the extension .poi

Also do exist .3dc and .3cl files that show buildings and/or landscape views when 3D buildings are activated (landscape can be miniature buildings, like monastries). I know this because I have seen this "in action"

Yes I have all the files in their folders. I can see buildings, I can see the map, but i cannot see any poi.
Can you make a test for me? Make a destination in a city of Romania (Brasov, Targu Jiu, Constanta, etc) and please try to find a closer atm or sonething like that. Thank you
