You used to include the size of maps especially Europe versions which was helpful in deciding which section to download for my 2GB XL. Europe maps seem to get bigger and bigger these days!! Is there anywhere I can see map sizes

Not very importent becourse both have no metacode availble. So this means you can,t use them.

You might not think this is helpful, but I think if I were you, I would be replacing my device with one that has an SD Card slot so that the amount of space for maps is not so limited.

I agree with Macca-009.
Altenative buy a new One for about 125 euro you have one with live time maps (at least 5 years)

I'm new to the Tomtom world.
I found a Tomtom Start (Canada 310) and I would like to update it with at least the maps of Canada and ideally Canada and USA.
Only I confess I get lost in all the numbers of map version boot etc....
So I think the best is to share my boot loader below and if someone help me or give me the links to what I need to download it would be super fun!

You have 2GB memory.
Download Navcore 9.510
Map: USA & Canada v1005.8823 (1.83GB - but only 1.4GB if you delete crpoi.dat & poi.dat)
