Noticed following was added to first post:

83 42 56 48 66 2C BA 03 27 79 40 4A 2E 54 B1 AD Central_Europe-101347.meta ; Central_Europe 1000_8641

Using latest Fast Activate 29/10/2017 and latest Update metadata gives 29/10/2017 for meta as well but this Central_Europe meta 1000_8641 is not in yet in, so added manually in file but still get .dct errors when activating. Can anyone confirm this meta works? Also tried few other maps and they activate fine and before someone asks, Central_Europe is different from Europe_Central ;-)

The meta works I have just used it manual. So you doing something wrong. Read the Help file in FastAktivate properly.
