Difference between maps?

Can somebody explain difference between those maps:

Europe_West_1050_10256
Europe_West_1050_10257
maps-v1xxx/tomtom-1050-map-collection-t21731.html

If I look at the chart those maps should be the same.

There is no metacode availble for
Europe_West 1050_10256
Europe_West 1050_10257
and without a metacode activation of a map is not possible.
So instead use
Western_Europe 1050_10231

If I search for "1050_10257" on this page maps-v1xxx/meta-codes-1050-1051-t21732.html I find this:
AA B0 E7 3D B7 09 5A E0 36 58 04 25 EA E1 17 1E Western_Europe-102515.meta ; Western_Europe 1050_10257

Or is Europe_West 1050_10257 and Western_Europe 1050_10257 not the same map....

I see Map of Western Europe but no Europe West.....
