I have downloaded the map West Europe 1035.9676 but it does not include Portugal and Spain, as far as my knowledge comes these countries are in western Europe.

There are many flavours of European maps with different coverages. There is no map called 'West Europe'....but there is one called Europe_West, and there is another one called 'Western_Europe' etc so it really depends on exactly which map you're talking about

i downloaded that file, but i think that my libreoffice dont open correctly, i´ll try wih an xls viewer.

The map Europe_South_West_1035.9676 has Portugal and Spain include.
