Hallo I'm looking for new map for PDA (TT 7.9) I found map v1110. It is something new with meta? (and inluded Poland map)?

No, 1110 is the last Nav1 metacode published for Poland or Europe Central.
Nav2 devices can use 1130 Nav3 maps. But a Nav1 device hasn't the opportunity.
