Map activition issue Europe zone west 1050.10180

Hi all,

I have a tt XXL. Replaced map Europe zone west 1045.10004 by 1050.10180. Updated FA, updated meta and patched new map. NO .dct errors.
When I start up my tomtom, I have message on screen that map Europe zone west-102448 can not be used on my device?
Noticed that new meta is dated 27/05/2020 but when I start FA it says integrated meta date is 29/04/2020.
What is wrong? According to map chart 1050.10180 is successor of map 1045.10004.

Same problem here with Iberia ones, dct ok but "can not be used on my device" error when running it...
Some problem with the fastactivate dct generation for this new 1050 maps? don't know...

Hi, yes I think it's a general issue with this new 1050 maps.

Everything seems allright to me I activated the two 1050 Iberia maps and it works.

On what device Holyhead? There must be a problem however. I have re-installed 1045 map and it's okay. Did a patch check with FA 29/04 and 1045 map works fine.

okay, but why are they not working on our devices while the 1045 maps are okay?

I tried the Benelux 1050.10180 and this one does work. Strange!

All this 1050 maps were activated successfully with fastactivate, but in the device i get always error...

I've some news, i've tested the Iberia 1050_10226 and worked like a charm in my Windows Mobile Navigator device, where the Iberia 1050_10182 doesn't work.
I'll test this same map in my One just to check, i think there's must be a problem with certain maps,
I've tested this 2 without sucess,
Iberia 1050_10180 - NOK
Iberia 1050_10182 - NOK

Had the same issue with the Europe_Zone_North 1050_10180 map. Could activate fine on TT One V3 but red screen when starting up.

Yo tuve el mismo problema y lo solucioné copiando el archivo " ttsystem " de la copia de seguridad y pegandolo en el tomtom.
