Maps too big to download

Postby tuloesarin » Fri Jul 28, 2023 9:25 pm

Hi,
some times ago (years ???) big maps like Europ or Western Europ were provided in smaller parts.
Now these maps are provided in one chunck : I use Jdownloader to get the maps but it keeps redoing download again and again when the downloaded size approachs 1GB.
Am i the only one having this problem ???
Thanx.

For map download and activations, install the TTActivator application on your computer and do it with it. To load the map on the memory card, you can use the R-Link to download the map you downloaded to the computer with TTActivator.

Oups, forgot to tell my TT (go730) is a nav2 device so i understoud that ttactivator is a no-go.
did i mistake somewhere ??
My problem is not with activating a map but with downloading one : jdownloader breaks at around 2GB and start over.
Thanx anyway for replying.

Yuk,my bad !
TTactivator can be used to handle new cards on Nav2 devices.
Was able to download and activate Western Europ map on my Go730.
Marvelous and big thanks to the people behind that tool.
