Do you have a meta code to be able to activate Algeria 1060.10574?
fredderf wrote:You need a meta code to activate the map...the only way to get it is to buy the map from TomTom (and then share it with us)
You should follow Holyhead's advice above & use Africa map instead

You have to use the Africa map. Furthermore, which navcore you use and which model TomTom.
Before you start read carefully

Start 40 from orgine has lifetime maps. So with the help from MyDrive Connect try if you
can download a map. How to do look on the TomTom website. If you don,t get lifetime maps you have to buy one.

I have the United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_1060_10605 maps. I transferred them over to my Tom Tom one iq routes, ran the activator, and updated meta etc (I have the correct meta and double checked the navcore, which is 9.541). I'm getting a message that I can't use my Tom Tom with these maps.
Initially I wiped everything, and, transferred the maps, meta, and fastactivate over, but my TomTom wouldn't boot up (just kept hanging with logo).I transferred over my backup - plus new maps and fast activate).
This time it booted up, but gave me the map error.
I double checked everything and ran it again. I noticed in the maps section, it displays a different meta ending in 177.
I updated The fastactivate and ran it with no issues, but I'm still getting this error.
Can anyone advise please?
