Googling the info you have given above, it appears to be a TomTom XL, so you should be able to access it quite easily on your PC/laptop.
There is a bit more info on the TT forum, and as I am uncertain about posting links to external forums, I have PM'd you that directly.
Hope that helps.

tnx mate for your pm, i have read it, and yes, its not a canada 310 thingy.

The sticker says tomtom one, but still, cant connect to see the maps on my computer.

i have tried 3 computers, but windows doesnt recognise the tomtom.

i hope somebody got a idea to acces my maps.

According to [Please Register or Login to download file] your Device is:-
"PB">ONE 30 Series, 1GB, HOME NAV2 EoL however (assuming it's been on charger for a couple of hours or more and the USB lead is good) then it does seem that your internal memory is well & truly fcuked if your PC can't even see or read it, maybe time to bin it?

PS the XL is very similar but basically the widescreen version of a One

As Biggerdave has mentioned the USB, I also had issues with mine when using an extension lead, so reverted to connecting directly to a USB port on my PC (found a USB3 works better, don't ask me why).
