I swear I tried to use search before asking this!

I am using fastactivate and trying to install 1075 maps for uk. I already did this successfully on 3 XXL devices but 2 tomtom ONE NAVs are returning "no maps found" after the process

The details for the device are:

I notised that versions 9.3 and 9.6 aren't in the compatibility chart at all. I doubt this is a mistake. If this is a reason for my problems, how can I change version

When looking at the navcore version, you should be looking at 'ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=xxxx' not the 'ApplicationVersion=xxxx'

So, the first one is NC 8.012 and the second one is NC 8.041...therefore when you look at the compatibility chart again you'll notice that map United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_1075_11076 is not compatible with the navcore, which explains the error message.

Use United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland 1075.11061 instead.

Hello, don't bother to search for and download maps from the list, in Tomtom tutorials section, download maps to Nav3 devices, click the download link on the page, download and install TTActicator, and download the map you want to download with one click, either to the device or to the computer for reuse, or with a memory card with R-Link, which is also in the other download.
