Yes the navcore is patched and i used last activation to followed step by step

It's a bit weird that you're using a Truck navcore for a car map but ok...

Are you using the latest version of FastActivate?
If you select option 1 on FA you get an 'Updated_meta' file...does that include the Europe_1025_9386 meta code?
If so, rename that file to 'meta' and try to activate the map again
