Hello, you can disable your Antivirus software and retry download.
If not working, you may have folder permission issues for "Downloads" folder. 3 solutions (from easy to "hard"):
1) Launch Firefox / JDownloader as Administrator (Right-Click on shortcut -> "Run as Administrator")
2) Change the download location to "Desktop" in Firefox / JDownloader
3) Change "Downloads" folder permissions / owner
