Somehow it looks there are no (recent) Western Europe 1gb with meta anymore.
I have an XXL with 2GB, and need a map for nl, de, be, de.
Dan u give me a hint?

To answer your question...you could use Europe West 1030.9519 (1.46GB), it includes the countries you're asking for plus a few others
