your choice of map would depend on if you want to keep Navcore 8, or go to Navcore 9.
I've got two 3rd edition ONEs with the latest maps. Navcore 9 runs quite alright!

I would like to upgrade to navcore 9.

9.510 is the current navcore for the majority of the units. Here is a version, that has been modded for the older units, like your ONE 3rd edition.

I downloaded the installer, made a backup of the original and installed the 9.510 CAB Patched, everything seems to working good.

Take the old map folder out. Copy in the new map folder.
Patch new map & navcore with FastActivate.exe.
Disconnect & reboot. DONE!!

Is it possible to change maps? Eastern europe or even add language?

What do you mean?
You can install any map that has a meta code available.
As for languages, there should be all in there you need - what language do you need?

Yes I want to change map, It has to have Slovenia and formal contries of Yugoslavia and Slovenian language in display ant voice.
