There is nothing wrong with either the files or the advice Holyhead has given you

The problem is that your own PC is stopping FastActivate from running

The exact same thing has happened before on a Win 10 PC but strangely not all of them.....you need to try it on another PC, preferably Win 7

If you open the map you see the loose files and probably a folder (brand).
Not a map in a map. You can delete the cspeechfiles.

Ok guys.. At the End with your help i have managed to get it running. Now Tom Tom One 3rd Edition is successfully working with 2nd Option.
