Why is it that lately noone even bothers to look before making the same request other did hundred of times.
Make a backup, check the map thread chart for a compatible card (version number and size) follow the instructions provided and enjoy.
We are here to help, but can and do expect a little help from our users too, like posting the necessary details, checking the tutorial section or simply read and search before deciding to post.
Often all problems are already solved that way

Also Hxxy you might want to try update the boot loader to version 5.5022 that will enable the unit to take a larger memory card. I have one of those old units, the very 1st TT's and use the latest official Navcore 7.903 but with latest 890.4234 map

Did you notice that you replied to a post that is over 3 months old?

Yes I hope that's not a problem? i have the same TT and thought the info might be useful even so as his info suggested he had an older boot file. He might still get notified and it may be relevant. I remember several years back I was unable to use mine with updated more modern memory cards without updating the boot file. If you think it is inappropriate to post on an older thread then please remove my comments.

It's neither a problem nor inappropiate. Just wanted to make sure you were aware.
