Hi. I have TomTom One 3rd Edition with 1GB memory without SD card slot.
I need new european map with Poland. I downloaded today map Central Europe East 960.7075 from this forum (they said it will work) but unfonturly map didn't work on my device. Someone can tell me exactly which map I should get to work?

Welcome to Navitotal.
1. They [whoever "they" are] gave you correct info. The map will work on your device, if installed correctly. How did you install the map? What are your device's symptoms after the installation?
2. You have got exactly the map that you should get for it to work.

I downloaded map from here http://www.navitotal.com/maps-v9xx-f179/all-new-maps-960-t17916.html
I just copy folder with map and paste to my device. Is exist any other way to do this?

When i try turn on my device i get message "u cant use this map on this device: Central_Europe_East"

You just have a simple patching issue. Download & unzip FastActivate, AFTER you read the instructions carefully.
Run options 2 & 3 to patch the navcore & map. Disconnect & reboot. Done.
