I don't think we'll be able to help with an Algeria map as TomTom don't cover that area I'm afraid.

They are trying to tell you the same thing on the other forum too.

If you have a smartphone with Android an alternative is TomTom Mobile Go.
The map Africa for Mobile Go is inclusive Algeria.

And Live Time Traffic is not availble in Algeria.
