I can not change the txt file, could someone do it for me?

Do you know about "mymeta.txt"-add on? It is supposed to handle user added metas.

i got a 2GB flash MemoryCard. Do i need more then that? Or will it fit?

That meta is correct. Metas are posted with available maps in the 865 map thread

I really don't think that a 2.027GB map will fit on a 2GB card.

Problem is not this...

I have a meta file and I want to add the meta strip that I need, but I accidentally put it in or not good.per this I can put the file with the new maps already meta.txt

MEXICO map link is wrong! Australia 865.3245 can't be activated on TOMTOM ONE.

Problem is exactly this. If you are not using FastActivate ENG 09.01.2011 {1.8.03}, then do so. Read the instructions carefully.

Think you can download this file?
Can you unzip this file?
Can you run this app by clicking on it's .exe file?
Can you put your mouse on the Update meta.txt button and left click it.
If you can do all of this, FastActivate will update it's built in meta.txt file with one dated 26/2/2011 or newer. The update contains the 865 map metas, so you don't have to worry with adding anything.

Hi,

I downloaded the Iberia map 865.3245 and unzipped and copied to the SD-card, replaced the speech files by 0Kb versions (use navecore 8562 on a ONE XL 32Mb).
Run the "Fastactivate ENG 09.01.2011 {1.8.03}, YES FIRST download/update the "meta.txt" option of this program. Than patching the maps.
This works perfect, but when i start the Tomtom and boots with the map "france_865_3245" this is still OK, when I change map to "Iberia" it freeces the Tomtom and I have to use the reset-button.
Can any one confirm the map 'Iberia' on the first page of this discussion is OK and not corrupt?
Why is only this map freecing my Tomtom?
