Thanks but i cant download the maps because filefactory is so dl its limited to 50kb/s and downloading the western europe maps takes hours and hours any chance you can at least re-up Western_Europe_870_3391 on another faster server like megaupload or rapid share cheers.

I just wanted to comment and say that Europe_West_870_3406 does NOT include Germany although the little image next to it does include it. Perhaps someone can fix this? Downloading Western_Europe_870_3406 instead and giving that a go.

I have been trying to extract the Europe east 370.3406 but it keeps saying that the password isn't right i believe that there are parts that have a password and parts that don't! please help me......................

I also find the map picture of Europe West misleading. I can't find anything from Germany to Scandinavia. Is this correct or is this a "Map Zone" issue that I just don't know how to use?

Can somebody explain what the 'P' designation means in a map (eg: North_America_P_870_3420)?

if you want germany and others, you might have to use "europe central".

Full door to door navigation in the following countries is included:
Andorra, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, the Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the Canary Islands and the Vatican City.

Germany is on every "Zone" map, except the Western Zone.

Love the forum, Tomtom screwed me on the map update that came with my 730 so I'm looking to get away from the company for my updates entirely. I've encountered a problem with the following files and would appreciate any guidance about what I may be doing incorrectly. I'm using Win7 x64 with WinRAR 3.92 x64

1. Password For All Maps: navitotal
The password is case sensitive, NO CAPITAL LETTERS
Type in the password to avoid adding a blank in front of or behind the password if copying it.
If no help, you have a corrupted download.

2. 870.3391 is not a full featured map.
3. 870.3420 requires navcore 9.0XX or higher.

I extracted the maps using the last file in the archive set and the password "navitotal" when asked--I then tried extracting the files several other ways including just the files that produce the error messages; no joy :( so far.

On a positive note the maps for South Afrika work fine!
